New couches, new computer (Mac studio HD thunderbolt) new cabinet for poor ol Skullface 💀 to sit on. Finally got the Grammy in here 15 yrs after getting it 😂🤷🏻‍♂️

😭I wish I could be in Aus for this moment!! It’s always been a goal to collab with Aussie artists and have an impact on the local scene. These 2 were just on Nova and if I heard them back to back like I’ve been hearing in my studio for the last yr or so I would’ve lost it 😂

I couldn’t be happier for these 2 artists who are both immensely talented but also awesome humans. @starley featuring on @Jolyonpetch ’s record with “I Just Need Your Touch” which I recorded and vocal produced , 3 weeks @ #1 on the Aria club charts congrats! & @illyal with “Like You” which I recorded, vocal produced, played guitar (chorus not the acoustic at the top) and mixed. Black Summer @serenvaun also co-produced this record, adding grimey synths and edits and vocal chops.

For my nerds, very different sounding vocals but both on my same chain, 251 > BAE 1073 > 1176 > derresser. Always pushing the harmonics and driving the 1176 & 1073 pretty generously, get that needle moving, squash that sucka like mashed potatoes

Happy thanksgiving y’all! Izzy was born with se

Happy thanksgiving y’all!

Izzy was born with severe hearing loss in her right ear so yesterday she got her cochlear implant! Technology designed in Melbourne, an electrode is implanted in her cochlear and she will have an external receiver that will beam the sound right into her inner ear. She can even connect it to devices via Bluetooth and stream stuff straight into her head. Crazy stuff 😳

Many thanks to the talented team at @ucla who all took such gentle care of our Izzy. Where we would be without our medical community? ❤️

She’s doing well after the surgery but just tired and sore so she’s vegging on the couch. Once they activate it in a few weeks it’s going to be a bit of a learning curve as her brain has a huge adjustment so still a lot of work to be done but we’ll get there.

So just the 4 of us for thanksgiving, turkey’s overrated 🤪 so I cooked ribeyes, pollo asada, smoked lemon pepper and garlic chicken wings, arugula salad, rosemary crispy potatoes and fajita veg with mushrooms and black garlic. Lot of food but none will go to waste as I’m the king of leftovers 😁

The last pic is when Taf came up to me asking when the Apple pie’s gonna be ready. Feel a little threatened tbh, send police or pie ASAP thanks (blinks furiously)
